Do I need to be located near Somerset to be a client?

You don't need to be in Somerset to work with us! In fact, over 60% of our clients are located outside of Somerset. We use various premier couriers thoughout the UK to collect & deliver.

The courier charge & insurance can be paid directly to the courier by the client or we can add the charge to your final invoice.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Projects are usually completed 1 week after your products arrive at our studio. If your project involves a large number of photos we may need a little more time to finish the job. Contact us to discuss deadlines of your specific projects and we can see how best to accomodate your needs.

How do you deliver my finished photos?

Delivery of your completed photos is usually done using FTP, CD, DVD or USB memory stick. As standard you will receive a link to view and instantly download your high resolution images, but we can also send a hard copy via courier if required.
